New and Improved Water Aerobics Schedule starts July 29

WaterAerobicsJoin one of our water aerobics classes and give your body a great workout in a low-impact aqua environment. A variety of water fitness classes are offered in the mornings and evenings.

All classes are on a drop-in basis, so there is no need to preregister, but participants are encouraged to arrive early to ensure a spot in the class.

Aqua Fitness – Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7-8 a.m.
Low impact water exercise. Light to medium workout includes stretching and strengthening for core, arms, legs and abs.

Fitness in Motion – Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8-9 a.m. and 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Moderate to high intensity. Build muscle tone using natural resistance of water; combines stretching aerobic exercise, cardio and strength training for a balanced workout.

Aqua Jogging – Tuesday 6-7 p.m. – Starting August 19!
Get your heart pumping with this low impact cardio workout!

Aqua Zumba – Thursday 6-7 p.m. – Starting July 18!
Splash your way into shape with an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise. The Zumba “pool party” gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout.

Participants must have an active aerobics pass to take part. Aerobics passes are sold monthly, and allow unlimited access to all drop-in aerobics classes. The regular fee for an aerobics monthly pass is $85. If you have an annual swim pass, the price for your monthly aerobics pass is $45. Drop-in rate is $15 per class.

Participants can use facility equipment such as resistance gloves, barbells, noodles and floatation belts during class with instructor supervision only.
